Westbridge Commercial have recently let a disused carpet showroom on Arden Forest Industrial Estate, Alcester to Greggs. Greggs are set to open their doors tomorrow 30th November after an extensive refurbishment and fit out programme. The shop sits within a privately owned development off Kinwarton Farm Road and the junction of Tything Road. The landlords have carried out considerable works to the interior and exterior of the building and the Greggs fit out team have just completed their works. Greggs have targeted busy industrial estates for new stores over the past few years tapping into the market of local workforces as well as passing tradesmen and women. The new Alcester store has off road parking directly outside making it ideal to stop off and grab a coffee and a bite to eat.
