Warwick House Business Park is a privately owned business park on the outskirts of Southam in Warwickshire. The business park is a mix of small industrial units and a larger office building over two floors. We are delighted to announce that the business park is now fully let and is a thriving business hub with a mix of all types of businesses from manufacturing, vehicle testing, printing, plant hire, wine merchants and a child day care facility which now occupies the entire main 1980s office building. Whilst the news headlines paint an economic doom and gloom picture, on the ground there are several of these small business parks we are involved with throughout Warwickshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire that seem to buck the trend.
